About Dr. Bolman

Lee Bolman is scholar, consultant, and speaker who has served as a faculty member at Carnegie-Mellon University, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

He is the co-author of more than 15 books on leadership, organization theory, managing people, and spirituality in management. His books have been translated into more than 10 languages. In the course of his career, he has served as a tenured professor, department chair, dean, director of federally-funded research projects, and educational chair for Harvard executive programs. His publications also include cases, chapters, and articles in scholarly and professional journals. He holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Yale University.
