In what ways did the accessibility or flexibility of HES help you in your journey?

The Harvard Extension School’s accessibility and flexibility proved to be a compelling choice for me to pursue my education while managing my other commitments. It allowed me to work towards my academic goals seamlessly, without significant disruptions to my career, personal life, or geographical limitations.

One of the highlights was the customizable programs offered by HES. I had the freedom to handpick courses that aligned perfectly with my interests and career objectives.

This flexibility enabled me to shape my educational experience and concentrate on areas that were most relevant to my professional aspirations.

The availability of evening and weekend classes was also immensely beneficial to me. With a full-time job during regular business hours, owning a restaurant, and taking care of my family, the option to attend classes during non-traditional time slots provided the flexibility I needed to balance my work and educational pursuits effectively.

This not only eliminated geographical constraints but also enriched my learning journey by connecting me with classmates from around the world.

Interacting with diverse perspectives and opinions enhanced the holistic nature of the experience and provided a global perspective on various course topics.

My goal was to elevate my skills, broaden my perspectives, and develop my competencies to effectively tackle the complexities and responsibilities associated within an organization at a higher-level position in human resources.

Engaging in the Harvard Extension School program compelled me to adopt a mindset of critical thinking and encouraged me to delve deeper into complex business challenges and effectively communicate my ideas and strategies.
